Leadership and Change In Human Systems

Students in the leadership and change emphasis area study general knowledge and skills for productive and humane management of people in organizations.  The program of study encourages understanding about how organizational variables, leadership practices and human resources strategies enhance the success of organizations.

Students who choose this emphasis are often interested in developing general management and leadership skills and knowledge.  Some are employed or seek employment in organizational training and development roles in organizations, as consultants, while others are found in human resource employment.
