Writtn commentPlease try to assign scores that reflect how you really feel about the extent to which the other members of your group contributed to your learning and your work with each other.  If your give everyone pretty much the same score you will be hurting those who did the most and helping those who did the least to make this a rewarding class

Criteria to consider. You will create only one "grade" for all six of these criteria. You can weight these criteria in your own mind as you think they were important in the conduct of our course

a) Respect for other's ideas - Did he/she encourage others to contribute their ideas? Changed his/her opinion when appropriate
b) Contribution - Did he/she contribute productively and fully to the group's workload (e.g., writing, presentation prep)?
c) Positive attitude - Were they a positive force in the group?
d) Flexibility - Were they flexible when disagreements occurred? 
e) Preparation - Came to meetings prepared? 
f) Goals -Maintained focus on group goals?
f)  Attendance and participation - On time for meetings? Flexible in setting meeting times? Talked  and  listened?
g) Encouraged innovation - Open to new ideas? Willing to experiment and take risks?
h) Communicated ideas effectively - Was influential in group decisions? Was clear, concise and to the point?
