12 Angry Men Other Activity

During "Other Class Activity" we will watch part of the classic movie, Twelve Angry Men. Here are the characters. Make sure you know which character you will observe. See Table below.

Each person in class will be assigned one member to watch and code his behaviors using the Role Sheets which were introduced earlier this semester. Please know who is your character and carefully review the role sheets before class. You will need to record behaviors by role, so it is help to become familiar with these roles.

Goals

To provide an opportunity to explore more directly and personally group dynamics, as portrayed in the film, Twelve Angry Men (Henry Fonda version), and as they occur in participant groups;
To provide an opportunity to test out the validity of several principles of group dynamics as these pertain to group productivity;
To explore the efficacy of individual as compared to group productivity in the making of decisions
